Akin to artists such as Lauryn Hill and Noname, Ms. Amarachi is as talented as they come in terms of procuring good music. Dedicated daily to perfecting her pen to the point that with the release of 'Behind The Mask' you an see that she had a point to prove. Also Ms. Amarachi has a few point to make and to show about the creative process it takes to make art; especially in today's climate.

'Behind the Mask' takes listeners behind the metaphoric mask I wore to hide the tears I wanted to shed, the anger I wanted to release, and the hopelessness that almost consumed me. I hope you are able to understand my pain but also share in the joy I have, knowing that I don't look like what I've been through, and I persevered even when I wanted to give up.

Ms. Amarachi on the making of 'Behind The Mask'

Art is all about perspective but from Ms. Amarachi's pint of view it's all good with us! Check out 'Behind The Mask' below.
