Florida's Lil $o$o has performed all of the requirements to be this year's hottest new artist.
In six months, she's delivered three viral visuals with "Better Life," "Go Ooh," "Bad Attitude," and "Woo Tang," graced high-profile publications like Wonderland, and generated huge streaming numbers and followers across all digital streaming platforms and social media.
