Made in Dallas, emerging recording artist DJ J Long enters the next phase of his career seeking the same success he accumulated as a popular regional DJ. After building high expectations with a buzzworthy performance last February's Dallas Cypher among several of Dallas' elite rhymeslayers, J Lon seizes the moment with the release of his debut effort, properly-titled, Patience & Perseverance.

The eight-track first impression displays a slick-talking, well-aware and diverse new artist with the ability to tap into different styles on-command depending on the track's designated tone. The collection provides backstory on the Heart & Hustle Clothing creator between the hustler's ambition and party-starter.
