Atlanta stays at the center of culture—and this past weekend, SCAD’s Atlanta campus reminded us why. SCAD FASHION 2025 wasn’t just a student runway show. It was a creative call to action. With 53 student designers sending their collections down the runway, the energy in the room was undeniable—joyful, supportive, and deeply rooted in creative kinship.

This wasn’t about playing it safe. These designers weren’t interested in chasing trends or fitting into someone else’s mold. They showed up with vision, discipline, and purpose—and the result was a beautiful reminder that fashion is still one of the purest forms of storytelling.

Do this year’s graduating class show that Atlanta is on the rise to take over the fashion world?
We believe so.

This city has always been a hub for music, entertainment, and culture—but fashion is staking its claim in a major way. These SCAD designers proved that Atlanta isn’t following behind anyone—we’re setting the tone, building platforms, and telling our own stories.

What stood out most wasn’t just the clothes—it was the clarity of voice, the fearlessness in execution, and the reminder that despite the challenges of our time, young creatives are still choosing to build, dream, and disrupt.

SCAD FASHION 2025 made one thing clear: Atlanta’s fashion future is here—and this generation of designers is leading the way.
