Here is an exclusive interview from our staff:

Who is Dom Hollins and what does he do?

Dom Hollins is a results driven, strategic planner that implements the processes that work until the goal is met.

I with the backing of my team, specialize in Marketing & Advertising that helps creatives, businesses, and entrepreneurs build their brand to then leverage for paid opportunities. If you have a product, service, good, or skill, you should make money off of it and from it, we lead people to the money.

Lead people to the money? Can you expound on that?

Yes, social media has allowed people to build a facade and image to bring in customers just off lifestyle marketing without showing any proof or results on the work that people claim that they do. We lead with the testimonials, results, and what weā€˜ve done for our clients versus what we have.

Where did you learn that concept, because that is a unique way to market your business?

My beginnings in the Music Industry taught me that. In 2019 I started as a Spotify Development Intern where we playlisted the Independent Flagship Artist music to Millions of streams and helped him chart on Billboard and iTunes for almost a year. We then created a course from this to help other artist do this. We also were very successful at YouTube generating close to a Million views a day at one point, thousands of subscribers. We created a course from this too, and hundreds to thousands of creatives started purchasing the course , we gathered testimonials from them. There were other artist that charted at the time using the same methods in the course. There were other creatives getting monetized, views, and subscribers from the course and when people saw the results, they kept telling others and the audience grew rapidly from us leading with who wins from our strategies.

What company was this and the artist? Can you say?

Yes, Dorian Clark , Group82 Media - Group 82 Music - Group 82 University.

And more to come with what we have in store…

Have you only dealt with people in the music industry and professional athletes?

No, I have helped plenty of independent artist and creatives prior and in between my work in the industry. It’s a blessing to be able to leverage the opportunities and knowledge gained to use in the independent space.

What about businesses, do you help them?

Absolutely! I currently have business clients that own stores, clients in the mental health space, healthcare, fashion, entertainment, and Non Profit Organizations.

What have been some of your business successes?

My most favorite was when I was able to create a marketing strategy for a Billion Dollar Noodle Factory in the Southeastern Region of The United States called Winland Foods, they needed help with a recruitment campaign to help fill in employment gaps for their high employment turnover rate.

I also was able to help a Chamber of Commerce in the South Region of The United States generated 2.2 Million Dollars in a Quarter off our marketing campaign.

Wow, thats some amazing stuff, what is in store next?

You have to watch and see, I don’t want to say too much but, we are constantly working, networking, staying fresh with knowledge and ahead of the curb on what’s to come in the spaces we need to be successful for our clients.

Do you do all this by yourself?

Heck no! I have a team of editors, interns, and admin, we meet weekly and have group chats to strategize and make sure plans are being followed and executed.

What’s somethings you do to stay grounded?

I actually probably read and listen to audiobooks more so than I did in school getting my master’s degree in Business working til 4am on our marketing projects.

I also read the Bible.

Listen to jazz instrumentals.

Listen to podcast.

Spend time with my family.

Talk to my friends & mentors.

Those are the things that I love to do that make me happy.

What’s a challenge you’ve faced that you had to either deal with, realize, or move on from?

Great question, the biggest challenge that I faced was dealing with people. I know that sounds crazy but, I was behind the scenes and off social media from 2013-2019 due to life - I only got back on to do this work so that was 6 years of things I missed and even how people changed.

Even when I hopped into the music industry, from 2019-2023 I was behind the scenes doing campaigns, playlisting, setting up tours, interviews, shows, production, creative, I was wrapped into trying to make everybody else succeed from our plans

I also had to understand my mindset came from being fortunate as well. I came from a married 2 parent household, a brother only 2 years younger, I played varsity sports, was an 3.9 GPA student, college basketball, track and field so I built this level of understanding my whole life from practice, consistency, dedication and grinding and hopped into a space where people THINK AND FEEL like they should be famous and awarded something with NO WORK because they think they are good enough. Dealing with that was challenging at first until I understood the psychology of people and engaging.

It’s still challenging because you even have artist and even business owners because they started or doing it, they feel that they automatically know more.

At the beginning behind the scenes I’ll be honest it was hard to deal with because I always been the type to try to find out the why, when I figured it out, it helped me understand. So now it doesn’t stress me, I just go ā€œoh … this what you on?ā€ (Laughs)

Amazing answer, LAST 3 Questions, what’s one thing you want people to know about you that you never said on any other interview to make this unique, One thing that makes you special, and one thing you want to leave for everyone today?

Ah … When I was in college, I actually had a track scholarship instead of basketball but I was so BALL IS LIFE and thought being on the track team was wack that I told people I came to hoop and do track to stay in shape for basketball when I was just an invited walk-on that didn’t play much, it wasn’t a lie but I made this story sound how I wanted it. The reason I bring this up because it leads into what makes me unique and what I want to leave everyone with, I want to tell whoever is reading this interview or watching my content or socials that you need to pour into the people that love you and appreciate you instead of acknowledging those who don’t because when you give haters and people that ā€œdo you dirtyā€ so much attention by posting about it , talking about it, sharing content about it, it turns into making them your motivation and you eventually trick off your opportunities. So, I ended up transferring from that school because basketball didn’t work out and the track team was willing to double my scholarship after making all conference my freshman year and even breaking the school record in high jump my first event, and I didn’t care NOTHING about that. When I transferred, I never ran track again on the collegiate level and never played college ball again. I tricked that off. I wasn’t appreciative of the opportunity granted to me. I still graduated and got my master’s but that path lead to me being depressed and doing things I thank God til this day he got me out of as a teenager and super young adult.

My journey, my experiences, my life, my education makes me special.

Thank you, that inspired me Dom … where can people stay connected with you?
