Femme It Forward High Tea Honors Jordan Chiles, Crystal Renee, and Kim Paige During Exclusive BET Weekend Event
On June 6th, Femme It Forward, the visionary women’s empowerment platform founded by entrepreneur and tastemaker Heather Lowery, hosted its signature High Tea celebration in the heart of Los Angeles. Timed to kick off 2025 BET Awards weekend, the invite-only afternoon honored three trailblazing women making bold strides in entertainment, culture, and representation: Olympic medalist Jordan Chiles, actress and entrepreneur Crystal Renee Hayslett, and BET’s EVP & CMO, Kim Paige.

Held in an elegant private venue, the event gathered an inspiring group of women for a beautifully curated experience celebrating sisterhood, purpose, and the power of women moving culture forward. The setting was a dream in soft, nude tones, blush linens, cream florals, and golden accents framed the afternoon’s conversations and connections.
Heather Lowery, who founded Femme It Forward as a call to amplify women who lead with authenticity and vision, shared:

“This tea is about celebrating not just visibility, but vulnerability, strength, and leadership. Today’s honorees embody what it means to be fearless and feminine all at once.”
Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles was recognized for her unwavering dedication to excellence and her role as a model of resilience and representation in sports

Crystal Renee Hayslett, celebrated actress and producer, was honored for her impact in storytelling and her ongoing commitment to uplifting Black women in business and media.
The event also paid tribute to Kim Paige, BET’s Head of Marketing, whose creative leadership continues to shape the cultural resonance of the BET Awards and brand.

The afternoon included a live pianist and violinist, heartfelt tributes, laughter-filled toasts, and moments of deep reflection all wrapped in elegance and intention.
This year’s Femme It Forward High Tea was proudly sponsored by both the 2025 BET Awards and Pronghorn Co., and served as both a celebration and a statement: women are not just having a moment; they’re leading the movement.
