OG Illa is a Richmond, VA-based artist who loves a good song about a party, as long as it's not corny, and it's submerged in sex. His new single, "Water Bill," is an 808-driven anthem that showcases just how much he brings to the table. His absorbing and fast-paced flows contrast with the seductive beat beautifully. The accompanying video showcases the rapper and a bunch of women dancing their bathing suits off in one of the summer's hottest videos.
