In June 2020, amid uncertainty and global change, Nikkieda made a defining decision: she stepped out on faith and founded Our Hearts Homecare LLC. Her goal was clear — to create a home care agency that prioritizes client-centered service, dependable support, and real opportunities for both clients and caregivers.

From its inception, the company has focused on helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. Services include assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, and companionship — all delivered with compassion and professionalism.
