Grace Notes: The Spiritual Renaissance of DJ Sense

DJ Sense, is a founding member of infamous DJ crew known as “The Aphilliates”. Comprised of DJ Drama, Don Cannon, DJ Sense gained recognition as Trendsetter Sense. He Co Created the famous hip hop brand “Gangsta Grillz & Gangsta Grillz Radio. Trendsetter Sense became individually known for producing the popular mixtape series "Rhythm & Streets," collaborating with artists like Monica, Chris Brown, T Pain, Akon, Usher, K.Michelle & more. In 2016, he partnered with Lil Jon, managing his worldwide tour.

Throughout his life Sense says he felt God’s presence and realized there was a bigger calling on his life. As one of the gatekeepers of the industry, he came to the realization that God placed him strategically in hip hop for a much bigger reason than hosting shows or mixtapes. Through his new platform ‘Chosen Journey’ Sense has become an example of God’s love and grace in an industry that many believe has no room for God’s glory.

Today,  Sense continues his brand expansion, promoting artist perspectives in modern media and embarking on a new spiritual and uplifting journey reflecting his transition into inspirational and faith-based

living.  Today, he  has 2 Christian Hip Hop shows, Chosen Journey, that airs every Sunday from 8-10 ET on Hot 107.9 Atlanta and SiriusXM from 10-12p ET.
