Sadie Souliloquy: Poetry, Purpose & Power Moves
Mark your calendars. Three back-to-back drops from Sadie Souliloquy that are poised to shake the literary and music world. First  Blue Period, followed by her second mixtape Left On Rede, and finally the long-anticipated album Myrrhda She Wrote with Malik Yusef. Each release is a piece of her heart, layered with rhythm, rawness, and unapologetic truth.
But before all that, who exactly is Sadie Souliloquy?
âI go by Souliloquy,â she says, âIâm a songwriter, actress, aspiring modelâbut poetry? Thatâs the core  of everything I do.â Influenced heavily by 80s and 90s R&B legends like Mint Condition, Keith Sweat, Jodeci, and Lauryn Hill, Sadie carves out her own lane as what she calls an R&B poet. âLove and positivity are my anchors. Some of my work is sexy, sureâbut always sensual, always intentional. I truly believe love will always win.â
Healing, Hustle, and Holistics
Sadie isnât just about the stage and the pen. Sheâs also a businesswoman who turned a personal health  journey into purpose. âI stopped taking medications in November 2024 and started getting serious about my  healthâvitamins, sea moss, holistic routines. I had more energy, less mood swings... I felt like me  again.â
That transformation led her to invest in ReBundle, a non-toxic, woman-founded brand for textured hair extensions. âItâs not synthetic or fake like the competitionâitâs real, itâs healthy, and I believe in it.â
Then thereâs Bawdi High, her second ventureâplant-based, herbal wellness products aimed at easing  anxiety, migraines, and pain. âItâs about returning to healing each other. Safe, clean, and effective. No  harsh chemicals. Just nature doing what it does best.â
A Pen Fueled by Pain & Purpose
Sadie didnât start on stage. In fact, she stayed off it for two and a half years. Her first work came in the  form of booksâeight published to date, with topics ranging from addiction to identity.
âIt started after a breakup,â she recalls. âI couldnât express what I was feeling, so I just wrote and wrote until the pain made sense on paper. Then one night, I cried on stage while telling my story to strangers. Â I never looked back.â
Among her books, Poetry Saved My Life holds a special place. âThe choices I was making were hurting me in ways I couldnât even describe. That book helped me take control.â
She also cites Verified: Break Free from the Never-Ending Search for Validation as deeply personal.  âWeâre so addicted to likes, so quick to delete things that donât get engagement. I wanted to remind  peopleâand myselfâthat who we are offline matters more than any algorithm.â
Blue Period & âMy Kryptoniteâ
Her upcoming project Blue Period is out, and one track stands out above the rest: âMy  Kryptonite.â
âItâs about how we sabotage relationships when we donât speak our truth. Itâs about avoiding  accountability. We create our own suffering sometimesâbut if you take ownership, you can change  your story. You can flourish.â
For the Soul, For the Streets
Whether sheâs performing live or playing through your headphones, Sadieâs goal is the same: to heal.
âMy music is for the soul. Play it when youâre cleaning the house, taking a bath, or on a drive with a  friend. Itâs a different movementâblending R&B, soul, and poetry to help people love themselves more. Itâs sensual, itâs deep, and itâs real. I know youâll feel it.â
From D1 Diamond to Center Stage
A former D1 softball champion, Sadie still carries that athleteâs grind into her artistry. âYou need a  team behind you. That mindset of wanting to win, to perform, to growâit never left. I applied that  same drive to becoming a headliner, organizing my own shows, and leading with heart. You donât give  up just because you lost one game. You show up again, better.â
Dream Collab?
Without hesitation: Keith Sweat. âIâve seen him so many times. The energy, the emotion, the  showmanshipâit shaped me. Having him on a track would be surreal.â
Sadie Souliloquy isnât just writing poetryâsheâs living it. And starting NOW, sheâs inviting the  world to feel it with her.
With Blue Period, Left On Rede, and Myrrhda She Wrote, sheâs not just dropping projectsâsheâs  building a legacy. One rooted in vulnerability, sensuality, and self-reclamation.
