Ready to Love returned just in time to celebrate Black Love on Valentines Day in the city of brotherly love. Host Tommy Miles kicked off the season  by inviting 10 Philly singles to an intimate wedding ceremony for Kamil and Cornelius, a couple from RTL DC. The Philly cast immediately brought fresh energy to the show with their signature accents, masculine energy and natural beauty.

Before the singles could get comfortable, Tommy announced one man and one woman would be going home at the end of the mixer. Will a biotech recruiter and Sahara, a home healthcare worker were placed on the chopping block, but thrown a curveball just before the first episode ended.

Being kicked off the first day had it's advantages as Will and Sahara were allowed to meet the second half of the singles before their counterparts. As compensation for striking out with the first group they had the opportunity to take another shot at impressing the opposite sex.

Sahara regroups and comes out leading with a sensual flirty energy missing in her initial mixer. Unfortunately her science aptitude could prevent her from impressing the second group of RTL bachelors. Her mini date with Fritz comes to a screeching halt when she insists the earth is flat.

In another scene, flight attendant Nicole “Coley” Ferguson renders her date Huskies speechless when she insists her only requirements for a man is for him to be tall.

Check out the clip below and let us know if you think intellect plays a major role in compatibility.
