A black cyclist was pulled over by a police officer claiming to have smelt marijuana on him for a "degrading" stop-and-search.
A Black Cyclists Network member, Mani Arthur, said that he was in the public space in the incident's video "harassed and humiliated.
The video he shared on Instagram showed the cyclist taking his shoes and the police officer who admitted that he could not detect any more cannabis on him. Mr Arthur said that while standing at the traffic lights, the officer came up with him just above the line where vehicles stand. The incident took place close to London's Euston Station. For comment, the Metropolitan Police was approached.
